Rogue Trader stuff for this Thursday. (6/6/13).

In between fiddling about with my blog layout I did do something useful that I can't resist showing you quickly, some scatter terrain for my Rogue Trader game this week!

Setting the scene. Boone's Landing detritus.

The main terrain will still be shacks and vehicles but I want to have loads of this stuff on the periphery of the gaming table. Thankfully I now have a suitable gaming mat, the shenanigans involved deserve a blog post of their own so expect that later on.

I love these rock piles, they are ideal for some of the 'Wolf Time' scenarios too.

These vertical pipe outlets are really versatile, they look good in Rogue Trader, have a practical purpose in Necromunda and will fulfil the role of the four emergency gas vents in one of the 'Wolf Time' scenarios.

Thanks for stopping by!

    1. Thanks Steve! That's not a bad idea for a post, I have some more stuff I want to make for Wolf Time so I can have a go at photographing each stage and adding some text. Watch this space!

  5. They all look wondeful, Warlord Paul, but I love that vertical pipe in the last picture. Do you mind if I nick it?

    1. If by nick you mean steal the idea, go right ahead my friend. Old bits of piping tend to crop up if you ask about but new washing machine pipes are cheap enough.

If by nick you mean actually steal this one, hands off crazy man! :)

    2. Hey Warlord Paul, yeah, I mean nick the idea - to make one for myself one day. However, if you want to send it out here so I do not have to do any nicking, that would be alright too...

    3. Wish I could, but that 6' by 4' battlemat is still swallowing up my terrain too much. I need to get cracking on soem more! Watch out for a step by step guide on my pipes and rock piles in the near future though.

  6. I can see that would be nice and cosy for a nest of Ambulls!

    Cracking work!

    1. Thanks T! As you may recall, I am insanely jealous of people with Ambulls as I keep missing them on eBay! You will have to bring the Ambull party along some time though.

    2. Its only a party of one I'm afraid!

    3. That's plenty, one is powerful enough to make a light snack out of most humanoids in RT! I have seen a couple of posts lately with multiple Ambulls and feared the worst.

I just got back from the RT game at the club and I am buzzing, the game was a great success and the table got loads of compliments. Hope the photos turn out OK!
